10. Governing Law

This Terms of Use and your use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed in the Cayman Island, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
